Sales, Returns & Exchange Policy

At House of Randa, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer experience. Kindly review our terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• Fabric cuts or damage are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Sale, discount, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
• For approved returns, a deduction equivalent to delivery fees will be applied.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of proven manufacturing defects, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Supply, provided that:
  • The item has not been worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and
  • All care and usage instructions have been followed.

2. Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
• The original purchase invoice must be presented for any return or exchange request.

3. Product Condition

• Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

4. Right to Refuse Returns

House of Randa reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if products show signs of wear, misuse, damage, alteration, or improper care.

Care & Cleaning Instructions

To preserve the beauty, structure, and longevity of your House of Randa pieces, please follow the care instructions below:

Preferred Cleaning Method

• Dry Clean Only is strongly recommended to maintain fabric integrity, print clarity, and color vibrancy.

If Hand Washing is Necessary

• Wash gently by hand in cold to lukewarm water (maximum 40°C).
• Use mild, chemical-free detergent, preferably designed for wool and natural silk.
• Do not rub, twist, or wring the garment.

Drying Instructions

• Gently press out excess water.
• Lay the garment flat and allow to air dry.
• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

Important Warnings

• Do not leave garments soaking in water.
• Do not machine wash silk, wool, or linen fabrics.
• Avoid tumble drying.
• For silk garments, wearing cotton inner layers is recommended to protect the fabric.
